Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead end-to-end solution architecture in a Dubai-based environment. You will drive technical excellence, guide integration and data migration, and partner with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

You will serve as SME across Salesforce domains, ensure security and release governance, and contribute to architecture artefacts and best practices.

Qualifications

• 10 years of overall experience with focus on Salesforce implementations.
• 2+ years hands-on experience architecting Salesforce solutions.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer plus two additional Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD in Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Define scalable integration and migration strategies between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Develop architecture artefacts and ensure adherence to implementation standards and methodologies.

This role requires an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead end-to-end solution architecture, drive technical excellence, and partner with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Recommend scalable and sustainable solutions for complex business processes, focusing on CRM strategy and overall systems architecture.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and cross-functional teams to define integration and migration strategies between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Develop comprehensive system architecture artefacts and ensure adherence to implementation standards and methodologies.
• Drive technical excellence in application development, middleware, and n-tier architecture within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ensure robust security, sharing models, and code compliance with Salesforce best practices.
• Oversee data architecture, including database design, data integration, migration, and deployment strategies.
• Independently lead technical conversations during discovery and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Bring expertise in Salesforce org health and technical debt assessments.
• Serve as an SME in at least two Salesforce areas, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Provide technical leadership in the use of Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, Integration APIs, design patterns, and web services.
• Use source control systems and deliver solutions in Agile and CI/CD environments.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Track Salesforce seasonal releases, evaluate impact and opportunities, and plan enablement.
• Drive build vs. buy vs. extend decisions and document trade-offs.
• Contribute to branching, version control, package strategy, automated tests, and release cadence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Overall experience of 10 years, including a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience architecting Salesforce implementations.
• Mastery of Salesforce platform development and architecture, with proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Integration APIs, and web services.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex programming design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration design patterns.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and best practices.
• Experience with data integration, migration, and deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer and at least two additional Salesforce certifications, such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Marketing Cloud Consultant.
• Experience with source control systems, such as Git, and Agile delivery in CI/CD environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Copado would be a valuable addition.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
