Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking an experienced Salesforce specialist to design and deliver scalable CRM solutions using Salesforce platform capabilities. You will lead cross-functional, global teams and present technical solutions to stakeholders to demonstrate business value.

The role requires certifications in Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud, with hands-on experience in CPQ, RCA, AI-driven solutions, and data management. Expect collaboration across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications are required.
• Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and RCA implementations.
• Experience building or supporting AI-driven or agentic solutions.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, ETL processes, and BI tools.
• Hands-on data management including data loads and mapping templates.
• Familiarity with PSA tools (e.g., FinancialForce) and Order Management systems.
• Familiarity with content management platforms like Seismic.
