Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Marketing Cloud Solution Engineer (Middle East) based in Dubai or Riyadh. You will partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities, design demos, and translate customer requirements into Marketing Cloud architectures.

Fluent English is required, Arabic preferred. Hybrid work in Dubai or Riyadh, with collaboration across regional teams, events, and executive briefings to drive customer engagement and AI-powered marketing solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Solution Engineering, Digital Marketing or Customer Success with Salesforce tech.
• Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and customer engagement solutions.
• Excellent communication and ability to present complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and build sales strategies.
• Design and deliver product demonstrations, POCs, and technical presentations.
• Translate customer requirements into Marketing Cloud solution architectures.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with compelling, technically sound proposals.

As a Marketing Solution Engineer, you'll be the technical and strategic partner to our sales teams across the Middle East, helping customers understand how Salesforce Marketing Cloud can transform their customer engagement and marketing automation. You'll combine deep product expertise with regional business acumen to design and deliver compelling solutions for enterprise and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and build winning sales strategies for Marketing Cloud
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations, proofs of concept (POCs), and technical presentations
• Translate customer business requirements into Marketing Cloud solution architectures (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Personalization, Data Cloud integration, etc.)
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with compelling, technically sound proposals
• Stay current on marketing technology trends, competitive landscape, and regional digital marketing maturity
• Build trusted relationships with customer marketing, IT, and digital transformation stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product Management to relay regional customer feedback
• Support regional marketing events, webinars, and executive briefings

You're Our Person If...

• You have proven experience in a role such as Solution Engineering, Digital Marketing, or Customer Success with Salesforce technology or technical consulting, with a strong focus on marketing technology and customer engagement solutions.
• You have a strong technical understanding of data-driven solutions, including Data 360 and customer data platforms.
• You are "high-impact" minded blending Deal Making, Deal Closing, and Driving Ongoing Value following clients through creating, activating, using, and expanding solutions, with a strategic data + AI lens
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuasively present complex technical and data-centric concepts to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-level executives.
• You have a proven ability to develop and articulate a strategic vision for using marketing and data technologies to drive business outcomes.
• You are fluent in English and Arabic is highly preferred.

Even Better If...

• You have knowledge of programming languages and at least two years of hands-on experience with Agentic marketing solutions.
• You have experience in deployment, meaning whatever you are solutioning for a client has a production-grade prototype in mind.
• You are AI versed and lean into coding agents, vibe coding that are shaping any asset, deliverable while focusing on scale but always having the actual understanding of the configuration and architecture of the components in mind
• You stay current on Customer Data Platform trends and data-driven marketing, and enjoy acting as a thought leader in the marketing technology space.
• You have a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer success.
