Job summary

Socium - Teams Done Differently in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a major digital transformation programme within the banking sector.

You will design, develop, and customise scalable Salesforce solutions, configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud for banking processes, and build integrations with core banking or third‑party systems while supporting testing, deployment and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience implementing or supporting Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Banking or financial services domain exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, integrations, data modelling, security, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customise scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

• Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.

We’re Hiring: Salesforce Developer – Financial Services Cloud

• Work arrangement: Onsite

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a major digital transformation programme within the banking sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customise scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Configure and enhance Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to support banking processes
• Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and core banking or third-party systems
• Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous platform improvements

What we’re looking for:

• At least five years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Proven experience implementing or supporting Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
• Previous experience within banking or financial services
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, integrations, data modelling, security, and automation
• Relevant Salesforce certifications would be highly advantageous
• Willing and able to work onsite in Abu Dhabi
