Job summary

Socium - Teams Done Differently in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions for a major banking client. You will build integrations with core banking platforms and third-party systems, and enhance Agentforce Marketing workflows, with a strong focus on security and scalability.

You will collaborate with business, marketing, architecture, and technology teams, delivering secure, compliant solutions and driving digital transformation

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
• Proven hands-on experience with Agentforce Marketing (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, APIs, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Configure and enhance Agentforce Marketing/Marketing Cloud workflows and customer journeys.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, core banking platforms, data sources, and third-party systems.
• Develop automated workflows, triggers, data models, and reusable components.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide production support.
• Ensure compliance with banking security, data privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, releases, and documentation.
