Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
• Proven hands-on experience with Agentforce Marketing (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, APIs, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Configure and enhance Agentforce Marketing/Marketing Cloud workflows and customer journeys.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, core banking platforms, data sources, and third-party systems.
• Develop automated workflows, triggers, data models, and reusable components.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide production support.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support a major banking client in Abu Dhabi. This is an onsite opportunity for someone with at least five years of Salesforce development experience and strong hands‑on expertise in Agentforce Marketing, formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

About the role

You will design, develop, integrate, and maintain Salesforce solutions supporting the bank’s marketing, customer engagement, and digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with business, marketing, architecture, and technology teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Configure and enhance Agentforce Marketing/Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including customer journeys, campaign automation, audience segmentation, and personalised communications.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, core banking platforms, customer data sources, and third‑party systems.
• Develop automated workflows, triggers, data models, and reusable components.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, conduct root‑cause analysis, and provide production support.
• Ensure solutions comply with banking security, data privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, releases, and documentation.

What we’re looking for

• At least five years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Agentforce Marketing, formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, AMPscript, and SQL.
• Good understanding of Salesforce security, access controls, data modelling, and deployment best practices.
• Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications would be an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willing and able to work onsite in Abu Dhabi.
