You will develop programs covering real estate sales, product knowledge, negotiation, and closing techniques while aligning with market trends and leadership expectations.

The role emphasizes coaching, assessments and onboarding to elevate performance and customer engagement across multicultural teams in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to train, coach and motivate sales teams.
• Multilingual capability is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-impact sales training programs for new hires and experienced sales professionals.
• Conduct classroom, workshop, role-play and on-the-job training sessions.
• Train teams on real estate products, projects, USPs, payment plans, market positioning and competitive landscape.
• Strengthen skills in prospecting, lead conversion, consultative selling, negotiation, objection handling and closing.
• Coach salespeople individually and provide actionable performance feedback.
• Develop training content, presentations, role plays, assessments and sales simulations.
• Induction and onboarding programs for new sales consultants.
• Partner with Sales Managers to identify capability gaps and develop targeted interventions.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, KPIs, conversion metrics and post-training performance.
• Keep training content current with Dubai's evolving real estate market, customer trends and sales practices.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, accountability and high performance.
