Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to manage a team of telesales account managers and executives in Dubai. You will drive performance, set targets and forecast sales, while coaching for higher productivity and client conversions.

The role requires 2+ years in telesales and 4+ years in leading sales teams, with hands-on Zendesk and CRM usage. You will mentor staff, handle inquiries, and contribute to a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of telesales experience.
• 4+ years leading telesales or sales teams.
• Hands-on with Zendesk, CRMs and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
• Result-oriented problem solver.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor and lead a team of sales account managers and telesales executives.
• Meet or exceed team productivity, SLA volumes and client conversion targets.
• Set and track sales targets, and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
• Conduct team meetings and generate detailed team performance reports.
• Assist with hiring and training of new team members.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, with occasional client visits.
