Job summary

Bayut is seeking a Manager – Inside Sales in Dubai to train, mentor and lead a team of Sales Account Managers, telesales executives, and Coordinators engaged in selling the product over the call along with monthly client visits. You will drive performance, develop talent, and deliver accurate forecasts and reports while maintaining exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and relevant sales experience.
• 2+ years in telesales.
• 4+ years managing telesales/sales teams.
• Hands-on CRM experience (Zendesk, Salesforce) and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytics, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and lead sales account managers, telesales execs, and coordinators.
• Meet or exceed the team’s productivity with 100% accuracy.
• Meet SLA of volumes, customer service and conversions.
• Develop talent with feedback, coaching and development opportunities.
• Set and track sales targets; prepare forecasts and reports.
• Provide quality customer service and handle inquiries and complaints.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new team members.
