Job summary

Bayut is seeking a Sales Executive - Inside Sales in the UAE to drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing. You will qualify leads, present tailored packages, and draft professional proposals.

Proactive CRM updates and revenue forecasting are expected, with a focus on meeting aggressive targets. You will work in a fast-paced, multilingual environment and collaborate with the sales team to improve branding and customer success.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Familiar with Zendesk, CRMs (Salesforce a plus).
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Persuasive with strong communication to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Prospect customers using sources from cold, warm, and hot leads.
• Qualify prospects against product, service, and company's requirements.
• Consult with prospects about business challenges and suitable packages.
• Draft and deliver proposals via email with proper business etiquette.
• Keep detailed notes on prospects in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Provide forecasts on expected revenues weekly and monthly.
• Provide feedback to management to shorten the sales cycle and improve branding.
