Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Manager – Inside Sales to train, mentor and lead a high-performing telesales team across the UAE. You will drive productivity, set targets, and deliver insights while ensuring top-tier customer service and compliance with company guidelines.

The role demands strong leadership, analytics, and hands-on CRM experience, with a focus on achieving targets in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with telesales.
• 4+ years managing teams of telesales/sales executives.
• Hands-on experience with Zendesk, CRMs (Salesforce a plus) & MS Excel.
• Analytical mind with strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor and lead the sales team.
• Meet or exceed the team’s productivity with 100% accuracy.
• Meet SLA volumes, customer service and conversions.
• Develop talent with coaching and feedback.
• Set and track sales targets; prepare forecasts.
• Provide quality customer service and handle inquiries.
• Assist management with hiring and onboarding of new team members.
• Generate detailed performance reports for leadership.
