Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Manager - Inside Sales in the UAE to train, mentor and lead a team of Account Managers, telesales staff and coordinators. The role includes driving call-based sales, client visits and ensuring targets are met with quality customer service.

You will develop talent, provide feedback, participate in hiring, and deliver regular performance reports to support growth and revenue goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of telesales experience.
• 4+ years managing telesales/sales teams.
• Hands-on with Zendesk, CRMs (Salesforce a plus) and MS Excel.
• Analytical and highly organized with leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and team management abilities.
• Results-oriented with problem-solving and clear feedback.

Aufgaben

• Train, mentor, and lead a sales team of Account Managers, telesales executives and coordinators.
• Aim to exceed productivity targets with high accuracy and SLA adherence.
• Meet call and client visit targets, and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Generate reports on team performance and forecast sales.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new team members.
• Set and track sales targets and develop strategies for regulatory compliance and performance goals.
• Conduct team meetings to share best practices and updates.
