Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking a Sales Support Officer in Abu Dhabi to assist the sales function with administrative tasks, data integrity, and customer service excellence. You will handle inquiries, process transactions, and help prepare operational reports to support effective account management.

Qualifications

Minimum High School Certificate or higher qualification.
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, administration, ticketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience working with customer records, data entry, or transaction processing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries regarding Etihad products and services in a timely and professional manner.
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records in line with company policies and procedures.
Update and maintain customer information and master data within company systems.
Manage and maintain promotional, pricing, and sales information to ensure accuracy.
Process sales orders, ensuring correct products, pricing, and discount levels are applied.
Prepare and distribute regular sales and operational reports.
Provide sales teams with relevant customer and transaction information to support effective account management.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all sales support activities.
