Synopsis

The Sales Support Officer plays a key role in supporting the day-to‑day activities of the sales function by providing administrative, customer service, and operational support. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate customer and sales data, processing transactions, responding to customer inquiries, and preparing reports to ensure efficient sales operations and a high standard of customer service.
