The successful candidate will have 2 years of van sales experience, a valid driving license, and strong supervisory, numerical, analytical, and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

The Role:

To allow an internally promoted salesman or an employee from similar lower positions to perform the supervisor role in his designated area under close supervision and guidance of a manager or assigned mentor to ensure smooth transition to his supervisory management role with clear focus on Company’s growth objectives.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

• 2 years’ experience in van sales.
