You will develop regional business plans, strengthen customer relationships, expand market coverage, and lead Regional Territory Managers and their teams, combining strong Foodservice and HORECA experience with strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 14+ years of experience in Foodservice / HORECA Sales / FMCG Sales / Distributor Sales.
• Proven track record in managing regional foodservice operations and driving business growth.
• Demonstrated capability in customer development, commercial planning, and product portfolio management.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexibly according to business requirements.

The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced General Foodservices Manager to lead the execution of the regional Foodservices strategy and deliver sustainable sales and profitability growth.

The role is responsible for developing regional business plans, strengthening customer relationships, expanding market coverage, and leading Regional Territory Managers and their teams. The successful candidate will combine strong Foodservice and HORECA experience with commercial awareness, strategic planning capability, and the leadership skills required to deliver results in a demanding FMCG environment.
