Responsibilities

• Identify new revenue opportunities with pricing discipline.
• Lead, coach, and set KPIs for the sales team.
• Review performance and address gaps with improvement plans.
• Track revenue, gross margin, and sales productivity.
• Maintain CRM data quality and pipeline updates.
