Job summary

PPOAR in Dubai invites a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and accelerate revenue growth in the UAE. You will develop sales strategies, set targets, monitor performance, and collaborate across departments to ensure execution in a competitive market.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in sales, proven leadership, strong communication and negotiation skills, experience with CRM systems, and the ability to work independently. Indian market knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the Indian market.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of CRM software is preferred.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
