Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a data analyst to support the Sales Operations team by inspecting and interpreting data across sales, collections and broker activity. You will turn data into insights, develop dashboards, and present actionable recommendations to leadership.

You will monitor key metrics, validate CRM data, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and CRM teams to ensure alignment. The role emphasizes data quality, reporting efficiency, and forecasting support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Ability to create clear, structured presentations from data (PowerPoint).
• Understanding of sales cycles, collections tracking, and performance metrics.
• Detail-oriented, reliable and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, collections, broker activity, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and presentations highlighting insights and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor metrics such as sales conversion, collections, defaulters, and broker performance.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across CRM systems.
• Identify data gaps and drive improvements in data quality.
