Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to drive sales excellence, performance insights, and operational efficiency in Abu Dhabi. You will partner with Sales Leaders, Finance, Marketing, and regional teams to support growth initiatives and execute the sales process effectively.

You will develop dashboards, analyze CRM/ERP data, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance forecast accuracy and revenue growth across the Middle East region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and Power Query.
• Experience with BI tools and ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and datasets to monitor sales performance and KPIs.
• Collect and interpret data from CRM, ERP, and BI platforms for accuracy.
• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and gaps.
• Monitor pipeline quality and forecast reliability for revenue predictability.
• Identify process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements.
• Support territory planning, account segmentation, and coverage optimization.
• Assist strategic account planning by identifying trends and whitespace opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to evaluate lead generation and campaign performance.
• Conduct ad hoc commercial analyses and business performance reviews.
• Support forecasting, planning, and business review processes.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize sales operations processes.
