Parker Connect is hiring a Sales Back Office Coordinator to support order processing, invoicing, and logistics in Abu Dhabi. The role involves coordinating enquiries, offers, and shipments, while ensuring accurate documentation and ERP/CRM data quality.

The successful candidate will work closely with sales engineers, finance, and head office to manage orders, track deliveries, and assist with customs clearance across the UAE and GCC.

Qualifications

• Experience in back-office operations and order processing.
• Proficient in ERP and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of UAE/GCC import/export procedures.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Register enquiries and RFQs and track them through to award or loss.
• Prepare commercial offers with sales engineers, including price calculations, delivery and payment terms.
• Enter orders in the ERP system and issue order confirmations.
• Place and follow up purchase orders with head office and suppliers.
• Track delivery dates and keep customers informed of order status.
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and warehouse; prepare invoices and certificates of origin.
• Support customs clearance in UAE and GCC, including free-zone procedures.
• Maintain CRM and ERP records and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
