Job summary

KaarTech is seeking a Sales Manager for the UAE to drive enterprise IT sales across SAP, AI and Data. You will hunt new logos, lead strategic pursuits, and move opportunities through to signed contracts while building executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in UAE enterprise IT sales, a hunter mindset, and excellence in negotiations, with fluency in English (Arabic a plus).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise IT sales experience in the UAE
• Proven track record of winning net-new logos and closing high-value enterprise deals
• Able to prospect relentlessly, negotiate sharply, and own results

Responsibilities

• Hunt new logos in UAE government, energy, utilities, and large enterprises
• Close big-ticket SAP, AI & Data deals from initial conversation to signed contracts
• Own the room by leading partner-led and co-sell opportunities and negotiating strategically

• Hunt New Logos: Break into UAE government, energy, utilities, and large enterprise accounts.
• Close Big-Ticket Deals: Drive strategic pursuits across SAP, AI & Data, from the first conversation to the signed contract.
• Own the Entire Room: Lead partner-led and co-sell opportunities, influence stakeholders, negotiate strategically, and get deals across the finish line.
• Build Executive Relationships: Turn C-suite connections into long-term strategic partnerships.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Has 5+ years of enterprise IT sales experience in the UAE, ideally across SAP, AI and/or Data.
• Has a proven track record of winning net-new logos and closing high-value enterprise deals.
• Thinks like a hunter, relentless in prospecting, sharp in negotiations, and accountable for results.
• Knows how to leverage SAP and technology partnerships to accelerate deal closures.
• Is fluent in English. (Arabic speaking is an advantage)
