Job summary

Tech ECS Limited is actively seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead enterprise IT sales focused on SAP or Oracle solutions. You will identify and pursue new enterprise accounts in the UAE, KSA, and Africa, and manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.

The role requires 5–7 years in ERP or IT solutions sales, a proven track record, and the ability to engage C-level stakeholders. UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in enterprise IT sales or ERP sales.
• Proven SAP or Oracle solutions selling.
• Experience in UAE, KSA, or Africa markets desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new enterprise clients across the UAE, KSA, and Africa.
• Drive sales of SAP or Oracle solutions, ERP implementations, and IT consulting services.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and key decision-makers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Develop strategic partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in enterprise IT sales, business development, or ERP solutions sales.
• Mandatory experience selling SAP or Oracle solutions.
• Proven track record in new client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Experience selling IT consulting, implementation, or managed services.
• Exposure to UAE, KSA, or African markets is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
