Job summary

Eaula Water in Dubai is seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development within the restaurant sector. You will drive growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing partnerships, and expanding our UAE footprint.

Responsibilities include targeting restaurant groups, hotels, and food service accounts, developing tailored sales strategies, managing the full sales cycle, and ensuring seamless implementation with onboarding, operations, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in sales or business development in F&B or hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Existing network within the UAE restaurant and food service industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to acquire and convert qualified leads into long-term clients
• Maintain and grow client relationships by providing excellent customer service
• Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction
• Manage and report on a structured sales pipeline; provide regular updates on targets, forecasts, and performance metrics
• 3-6 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within F&B, hospitality, premium supply, or a competitive product environment
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing
• Existing network within the UAE restaurant and food service industry
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
