Job summary

Eaula Water in Dubai is seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development within the restaurant sector. You will drive growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing partnerships, and expanding our UAE footprint.

Responsibilities include targeting restaurant groups, hotels, and food service accounts, developing tailored sales strategies, managing the full sales cycle, and ensuring seamless implementation with onboarding, operations, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in sales or business development in F&B or hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Existing network within the UAE restaurant and food service industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target high-potential restaurant groups, hotels, and food service accounts across the UAE.
• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to acquire and convert leads into long-term clients.
• Maintain and grow client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with onboarding, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
• Manage and report on a structured sales pipeline with regular updates on targets and forecasts.
