Qualifications

• 5+ years of UAE F&B/restaurant experience, preferably with managerial responsibility.
• Strong restaurant operations and team-management experience.
• Commercial mindset with exposure to business development and revenue generation.
• Experience in branding, promotions, social media, or customer engagement is highly preferred.
• Creative personality with strong communication and networking skills.
• Good understanding of the UAE F&B market and customer trends.
• Candidates who can combine operations + sales/business development + branding will be strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager who can manage day-to-day restaurant operations while actively contributing to business development brand growth marketing initiatives and employer branding

Key Responsibilities

• Restaurant Operations
  • Manage overall day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer experience
  • Supervise train and motivate restaurant staff
  • Monitor sales food costs manpower costs wastage inventory and operational expenses
  • Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and company standards
  • Handle customer feedback and maintain high service standards
• Business Development
  • Identify opportunities to increase restaurant revenue and customer footfall
  • Develop corporate tie-ups catering opportunities events partnerships and bulk-order business
  • Build relationships with corporate clients communities event organizers and other potential partners
  • Develop promotional activities to increase repeat customers and attract new business
  • Monitor competitors and identify new market opportunities
