PANASHI FZCO in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the IT solutions and kiosk business. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, build strong client relationships, and deliver compelling proposals and demos to win high-value projects.

The role requires excellent communication, presentation skills, and the ability to travel across the UAE and overseas as needed. Knowledge of IT solutions and kiosk hardware, plus a UAE driving license, is preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in IT solutions/projects.
• Strong presentation and proposal skills with RFP experience.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel.

Sales Manager – IT Solutions & Kiosk Business

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, experience in selling high-value IT solutions/projects, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The role requires a confident professional who can build strong client relationships, prepare proposals and tenders, work under pressure, and achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across UAE and overseas markets
• Generate leads and close high-value IT solution and kiosk projects
• Prepare professional proposals, presentations, tenders, and RFP responses

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in selling high-value IT projects/solutions
• Strong experience in proposal preparation, tenders, and RFP submissions
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Strong closing and relationship management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Age should not exceed 35 years

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or similar technical background preferred
• Arabic speaking candidates are preferred
• Experience in kiosk sales is highly desirable
• Experience in hardware peripherals sales is desirable
• Prior field support or onsite IT support experience is an advantage
• UAE market experience preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively within UAE and internationally
