Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in FMCG Non Food to drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans tailored to market trends and customer needs.

You will lead and mentor a dynamic sales team to exceed targets, while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Strong analytical skills are essential to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred for advanced strategic insight.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience in a relevant industry, demonstrating a track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving performance through motivation and empowerment.
• Strong analytical skills, able to interpret sales data and market research to make informed decisions.
• Must have experience in dealing with Modern Trade and all other UAE markets.
• Preferably have sales experience in cleaning products and detergents.
• Must have UAE driving license.
• Commission on sales target.
