Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company s FMCG products to assigned retail customers.
• Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales and distribution targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Ensure product availability merchandising standards and optimal stock levels at customer outlets.
• Collect payments and maintain accurate sales customer and route records.
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback and report insights to the Sales Supervisor.
• Execute assigned route plans efficiently while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
• Identify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Ensure timely order collection and accurate order processing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer relationship management skills.
