CLEANCO TRADING, IMPORTING & SERVICES L.L.C. in Abu Dhabi seeks a results-driven sales and business development professional to identify new business opportunities and generate leads for facade and external building cleaning services.

You will establish relationships with developers, building owners, property management companies, and commercial clients, participate in tenders and RFQs, coordinate with operations to prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets with accurate

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of UAE experience in sales and business development in facade cleaning or facility management.
• Proven track record of securing new service contracts.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and established client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Desired Candidate Profile
