Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi seeks a dynamic Sales Manager - Corporate to lead regional sales efforts across multiple properties in the Middle East. You will drive revenue growth, develop strategic plans, and build high-value client relationships.

The role requires strong leadership, sharp negotiation skills, and expertise in MICE sales, with fluency in English and Arabic. Occasional travel within the cluster region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality or related industry
• Minimum 3 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in a multi-property or regional capacity
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in luxury market segments
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, particularly in the Middle East region
• Expertise in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sales
• Exceptional strategic planning and revenue management skills
• Outstanding leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
• Advanced negotiation and client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in market analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in CRM software and other relevant sales tools
• Ability to travel frequently within the cluster region
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages beneficial
