AccorHotel in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Manager to lead revenue-generating sales initiatives across corporate, group and MICE segments. You will develop strategies, expand the client base, and coordinate with Marketing, Revenue Management and Operations to maximize room revenue.

The role requires proven hospitality sales leadership, excellence in communication and negotiation, and a proactive, results-driven mindset to drive business in the UAE market.

• Previous Sales Manager experience in hospitality.
• Knowledge of the UAE hospitality market.
• Track record in corporate, group and MICE sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical capabilities.
