Job summary

Accor is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and manage all sales activities for Government and MICE segments in Dubai. You will drive targets for rooms, meetings, conferences, banquets, and F&B while building strong relationships with key government accounts and corporate clients.

You will develop a robust network among Government entities, PCOs, DMCs, and event companies, conduct site visits and presentations, and coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, and Events teams to ensure client

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maintain positive relations with key Government accounts, corporate clients, and MICE partners.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within Government entities, PCOs, DMCs, and event companies.
• Generate business through face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, and networking.
• Achieve sales targets for rooms, meetings, conferences, banquets, and food & beverage.
• Conduct site inspections, client presentations, and hotel tours.
• Manage account histories and business intelligence for assigned portfolios.
• Coordinate with internal departments like Front Office, Reservations, and Events Management to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and implement account development plans.
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation in the property management system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a sales management role within hospitality, MICE, or government relations
• Valid driving license
• Proficiency in Sales & Catering software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong knowledge of account management, contract negotiation, and business development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification in sales, hospitality management, or related discipline
