Job description

A well-established luxury gifting company with over 20 years of presence in the region is looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to join their team. This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys being in front of clients, opening doors and building relationships rather than relying solely on inbound leads.

• Strong B2B sales experience within the UAE/GCC
• An established network of corporate clients and decision-makers
• A proven track record of winning new business and generating revenue
• A genuine hunter mentality comfortable with outbound sales and opening new doors
• Strong face-to-face selling and relationship-building skills
• Experience selling premium, luxury or high-value products/services
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers
• The ability to build long-term relationships and turn connections into commercial opportunities
• A proactive, target-driven approach with the personality to be out in the market meeting clients
• Existing relationships with decision-makers across luxury retail, hospitality, corporate, government, fashion, beauty, jewellery or related premium sectors.
• Experience selling premium products, bespoke solutions or project-based services rather than high-volume transactional products.
