Job summary

Salt is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager for its Luxury Corporate Gifting division in Dubai. You will lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing, targeting senior decision-makers across the UAE and GCC.

You will build bespoke gifting solutions in collaboration with creative and production teams, manage high-value accounts, and drive revenue growth while maintaining premium service standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience in luxury gifting or related sectors.
• Proven track record of winning new business and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong network of UAE corporate decision-makers.
• Experience selling bespoke or customised solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy to generate new corporate business across the UAE and GCC.
• Identify and target potential clients across luxury, hospitality, real estate, financial services, government, retail and other premium sectors.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, decision-makers and procurement teams.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation, closing and account development.
• Understand client briefs and translate them into bespoke gifting solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals and pitches.
• Work closely with creative and production teams to develop customised concepts and quotations.
• Manage and grow existing corporate accounts, identifying opportunities for repeat and increased business.
• Develop a strong pipeline and consistently achieve revenue and sales targets.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and industry functions to generate new opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms while protecting margins and profitability.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
• Stay close to market trends, competitors and emerging opportunities within the luxury and corporate gifting space.
