Job summary

Laya Developers in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales across current and upcoming residential projects. You will manage broker relationships and contribute to overall sales strategy, from initial client engagement through to closing, ensuring a smooth buying experience.

In this role, you will engage brokers, present projects, and coordinate with internal teams on documentation and payments, while meeting aggressive sales targets and staying compliant with UAE

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in Dubai real estate sales.
• Proven track record of closing residential property deals.
• Strong existing broker network in the UAE.
• Understanding of both end-user and investor profiles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Organized and comfortable using CRM systems.
