You will manage pipelines, monitor market trends, and provide accurate sales reporting while collaborating with marketing and operations to hit ambitious targets. Dubai-based, UAE luxury market expertise is essential.

• 4+ years of off-plan real estate sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market—luxury and off-plan segments.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team, with a focus on luxury properties and off-plan projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of some of the UAE’s most prestigious real estate and branded residences.

We work with Branded Residences such as:

• Jacob & Co
• Ramada

In addition, we are expanding across key communities, including Dubai Islands, Marjan Island, Dubai South, JVC, Arjan, and DLRC.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive sales across luxury and off-plan real estate projects, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
• Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and investors, offering expert advice on investment opportunities.
• Actively source new business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approach.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of Off plan real estate sales experience or 2+ years of real estate developer sales experience
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market—particularly off-plan and luxury segments.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Energetic, assertive, and confident in client-facing environments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
