About the Requirements

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Rope Access, Industrial Maintenance, and related service offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the Oil & Gas, Industrial, and Infrastructure sectors throughout the UAE and GCC.
• Develop tailored commercial proposals and collaborate closely with operations teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecast opportunities, and achieve agreed revenue and growth targets.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, project activity, and competitor movements to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Valid driving license (own car preferred)

About You

• Proven sales and business development experience within Rope Access services, Industrial Services, Maintenance Services, or a related technical sector.
• Strong understanding of the Rope Access services and Oil & Gas industry, with established relationships and market knowledge across the UAE.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, coupled with a results-focused and proactive approach.
