Job summary

Manpower Middle East seeks a Sales Executive for a leading High-Access Solutions company in the UAE. You will drive revenue growth by selling Rope Access and Civil Construction engineering solutions across the UAE and GCC, developing strategic client relationships and expanding the project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in rope access or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of construction site operations and high-access solutions.
• Network within UAE (and ideally KSA) construction market with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop rope access sales across Civil Construction and related sectors.
• Lead end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract award.
• Build long-term partnerships with contractors, consultants, developers, and stakeholders.
