Job summary

Secure State Services LLC is seeking an experienced professional to drive sales and oversee end-to-end project activities in Dubai. You will prospect clients, build trust, advise on solutions, and coordinate with engineering and pre-sales teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, familiarity with risk management and QA, and may involve site visits and budget oversight. Arabic language proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales & marketing.
• Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / SIX SIGMA certification is a plus.
• Management experience of 3 years (Preferred).
• Fire & Security Systems experience of 5 years (Preferred).
• Arabic language proficiency (Preferred).

• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management

• Oversee project procurement management
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues
• Act as point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Work with Project Manager to eliminate blockers
• Use tools to monitor working hours plans and expenditures
• Issue appropriate legal paperwork contracts and terms of agreement Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation plans and reports
