Job summary

Top Techno Fire & Safety Co. LLC in Dubai seeks a Project Manager to lead fire fighting, alarm and emergency lighting projects from initiation to handover.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with spec and safety rules. The role requires 3–5 years in project management, engineering degree, strong Excel and project-tracking skills, and driving licence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, or related field).
• 3–5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and Emergency Lighting systems.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience with project tracking and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and monitor multiple Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting projects from initiation to completion


• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth project execution


• Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and budgets


• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, local authority requirements, and safety regulations


• Coordinate procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials


• Attend project meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders


• Prepare project progress reports, work schedules, and documentation


• Submit comprehensive strong weekly project status reports strong to the General Manager, highlighting progress, issues, risks and action plans


• Support project testing, commissioning, handover and close-out activities


• Assist in managing AMC contracts and follow-up activities where required

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)


• 3–5 years of relevant project management experience


• Good knowledge of Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and Emergency Lighting systems


• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, formulas, data analysis, and project tracking)


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent


• Ability to prepare professional reports and maintain project documentation


• Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred
