INVESPY in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our luxury real estate and off-plan sales efforts. You will drive growth across branded residences and top communities, collaborating with marketing and operations to align strategy with targets.

This role demands strong negotiation, a proven record of exceeding sales goals, and deep knowledge of the UAE luxury market. You’ll source opportunities, manage a robust pipeline, and deliver accurate forecasts to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in off-plan real estate sales or 2+ years in developer sales.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market, especially luxury/off-plan segments.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Energetic, assertive and confident in client-facing environments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team, with a focus on luxury properties and off-plan projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of some of the UAE's most prestigious real estate and branded residences.

We work with Branded Residences such as:

• Jacob & Co
• Ramada

In addition, we are expanding across key communities, including Dubai Islands, Marjan Island, Dubai South, JVC, Arjan, and DLRC.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive sales across luxury and off-plan real estate projects, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
