Kinetic has partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company to hire a Sales Manager based in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on driving sales performance, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering business growth across key healthcare accounts in the UAE.

You will lead a team of Medical Sales Representatives, develop and execute territory plans, and leverage established relationships with accounts such as NMC, Burjeel, and Mediclinic to drive market access and sustain targets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical sales.
• Sales management or team leadership experience.
• Established relationships with major healthcare groups.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Medical Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies and territory plans.
• Leverage established relationships with key accounts, including NMC, Burjeel, and Mediclinic, to drive business growth and market access.
• Monitor team performance, sales KPIs, territory potential, and account development plans
• Conduct regular field visits and joint customer calls with sales representatives to provide coaching and support.

Applicants must have proven work experience in the country where the role is based. Candidates who have relocated within the last 12 months will not be considered.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering business growth across key healthcare accounts.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:
