Job summary

Medisal for Pharmaceuticals Industry LLC – Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Representative to expand our market presence across the UAE healthcare sector.

You will develop opportunities with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors, promote IV solutions and injectables, support marketing campaigns, and build relationships with procurement and medical leadership. A UAE driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales within the UAE is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to understand pharmaceutical product specifications and regulatory pathways.
• UAE driving license REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare groups in the UAE.
• Promote Medisal Pharma’s range of IV solutions and injectable products to key decision-makers.
• Support marketing activities, product awareness campaigns, and brand engagement initiatives.
• Conduct market research, identify trends, and prepare competitive analyses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, pharmacists, and medical directors.
• Prepare proposals, product presentations, marketing content, and periodic reports.
• Coordinate internally with Regulatory, QA, Supply Chain, Production, and Sales for smooth operations.
