Kinetic Business Solutions is seeking a Key Account Manager based in Abu Dhabi to lead territory planning, engage healthcare professionals, and drive product promotion in alignment with compliance standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Pharmacy with 3+ years in pharmaceutical commercial roles; Oncology exposure is a plus. You will build relationships, analyze markets, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience, preferably in an MNC.
• Experience in Oncology is a plus; candidates with experience in other therapeutic areas acceptable.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve sales and business objectives.
• Promote and provide scientific information on assigned products to healthcare professionals in line with company strategies and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and healthcare professionals.
• Develop a strong understanding of assigned therapeutic areas, products, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Identify business opportunities and implement appropriate customer engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams to execute brand and account strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide relevant market intelligence.
• Effectively manage the assigned territory and customer portfolio to maximize business opportunities.
