• Seek new customers and opportunities
• Lead a sustainable and predictable sales business
• Build and grow executive relationships with customers and partners
• Drive integration across sales/tech sales/marketing/services for tenders from initiation to signature
• Develop relationships at all levels within customer organizations and distributors
• Prepare complete, clear and convincing proposals
• Ensure execution and follow-up of projects
• Keep up to date with products and competitors
• Maintain minimum annual employee turnover in the department
• Assist Marketing with industry-tailored presentations
• Mentor and develop the sales team
