Job summary

Deliveroo in Dubai is seeking a detail oriented Sales Operations Analyst to own lead data quality, ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and completeness of our lead pipeline before it's handed over to the Sales team.

You will validate and clean large lead datasets, remove duplicates and invalid records, and support the commercial team with data enrichment and reporting to improve productivity and customer experience.

Qualifications

• UAE National (Emirati) required.
• Based in Dubai.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own lead data quality and validation processes for the CRM.
• Identify and remove duplicate, invalid, or outdated records to maintain a high-quality lead pool.
• Conduct periodic CRM hygiene checks and ensure timely updates to leads and opportunities.
• Support commercial team with ad-hoc data enrichment requests to boost productivity.
• Provide basic reporting on lead pool quality and validation status.
