Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems by coordinating with the appropriate department.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Upsell and promote brand image to guests.
• Process reservations, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into the reservation system.
• Assist with general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.
• Assist management in training and motivating employees; act as a role model.
