Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins: confirm reservations, assign room, issue and activate key.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ready rooms and resolve guest requests.
• Balance bank and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching as needed.
