Job summary

Omniyat is seeking a Sales Gallery Assistant in Abu Dhabi to support gallery operations and deliver an ultra-luxury buyer experience.

You will handle hospitality, administration and CRM tasks, ensuring all visits run smoothly. This role collaborates with sales consultants, marketing and maintenance to uphold premium client care across events, show units and VIP visits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
• 1-3 years of customer service / hospitality experience in GCC region, preferably in luxury Real Estate / hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Support sales gallery operations and ensure readiness for customer visits.
• Communicate with prospective buyers and visitors with luxury hospitality standards.
• Implement gallery presentation standards including models, displays and AV.
• Coordinate hospitality including refreshments, gifting and customer touchpoints.
• Support sales consultants with administrative and operational tasks.
• Implement visitor registration, KYC documentation and CRM updates.
• Coordinate scheduling of customer visits, viewings and follow-ups.
• Communicate with marketing on collateral, brochures and gallery materials.
• Implement gallery health and safety standards.
• Support showcasing of show units, materials and bespoke features.
• Communicate with discretion and confidentiality on customer matters.
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations on gallery upkeep.
• Implement standard operating procedures for gallery hospitality.
• Contribute to memorable customer experiences at every visit.
• Support events, launches and VIP visits at the gallery.
